How Viofo stores recordings
Viofo cameras record H.264 or H.265 video in MP4, with some models also offering TS mode. GPS is stored with the recording, while filename suffixes identify front, rear and interior channels. dashcamigo uses those details to assemble a trip and keep the cameras, map and charts in sync.
